We had a fantastic family vacation at Old Sweet Shop Villa. the house was conveniently located near everything in the area and had all the amenities we needed. the decor was great, the showers were amazing, and there were plenty of towels and linens. We didn't have a car, but it was just a short walk to the bus stop that took us to various places like Alnmouth, Amble, and Warkworth. the town center and the castle were also within walking distance. the owner was very helpful and accommodating, and we highly recommend Old Sweet Shop Villa for anyone visiting Northumberland!

The location of this place is superb, with everything you need just a short walk away. The house is spacious and well-maintained, with a great configuration that suited our family perfectly. We were impressed by the decor, the showers, and the abundance of towels and linens. Additionally, the host was helpful and accommodating, providing us with a detailed welcome pack and clear instructions for departure day.
The upstairs shower had some water pressure issues, but we were aware of this beforehand and it didn't cause major inconvenience.
